Q. What is your MOQ for OEM or wholesale orders?

For OEM products: MOQ starts from 300–500 units per item (depending on material and customization level).
For wholesale items: MOQ starts from 50 units per design.
We offer flexible MOQ for verified resellers or long-term partners.

Q. When do I need to make the payment?

Full payment is required before production or shipment.
We accept international wire transfer (T/T) and Payoneer..
Invoices will be issued upon order confirmation..

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

We offerinternational courier (DHL, FedEx, EMS) or cargo shipping depending on volume and destination.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, box size, and destination.
Delivery timeline: 3–10 business days depending on region and carrier.

Q. Can I return or exchange the product?

Due to the nature of customized goods, returns or refunds are not accepted unless there is a production defect confirmed before shipping.
